the room had floor to ceiling windows. the unique architecture made the room's shape slightly different. the rooms were super clean.

warm reception special team

paula and sude welcomed me warmly at reception. they answered all my questions thoroughly and ensured i was all set for my stay, it was so romantic. the club lounge team is what sets this above other properties, i felt special.

i arrived around 8:30pm and one of the rooms wasn't ready, it was a little inconvenient. they asked if i wanted to be in separate towers. i hate that excuse, they should plan accordingly

cold meal malfunctioning safe

I thought my stay started well, the staff seemed friendly and efficient. the location was convenient for exploring the city center. however, i encountered an issue with the room service. My order was significantly delayed, and when it arrived, it was cold. additionally, i found the in-room safe to be malfunctioning, which caused some concern for the security of my belongings it was never fixed.

the hotel location was convenient to explore the city.

tall glass towers modern foyer hop on hop off bus badly laid out room breakfast servery continual ambulance

the hotel consists of two tall glass towers the south tower is where i checked in the foyer is modern large and open there is a hop on hop off bus stop not far from the hotel if you decide to do that

i had a room in the north tower the room was badly laid out so it did not make the most of the space the breakfast servery was on a corridor from where guests took food into a large room this was like a school dinner hall there were ambulances coming and going continually day and night

The hotel is in a great location near attractions and public transport. I found the staff helpful and they quickly addressed my requests. The suite was clean and well kept. I liked the simple access to the lounge. Breakfast included tasty scrambled eggs and fresh bread, which I appreciated very much.

The elevators were a little slow during peak times. I noticed some waits.

Consistent Quality

warm welcome super clean room cohesive team

The reception staff, including Sude and Paula, provided a warm welcome. Sude recognized me. That detail improved the experience. Housekeeping kept my room super clean .

The water pressure in the bathroom felt a bit light. I prefer stronger water flow. The ironing board cover also had cushioning issues , made ironing difficult. Upgrading the ironing board covers would improve the experience.

The room included a comfortable king size bed. I appreciated the large wardrobe provided. It offered sufficient storage. Free bottles of water were supplied daily. This was a nice touch.

The Club Lounge team offered suggestions on places to see. Staff kept the lounge tidy even when it was busy. A good selection of Canadian beers and wines were available. I enjoyed those.
