SHERATON VANCOUVER WALL CENTRE, Vancouver – Your ideal downtown stay

Staying here was a mixed experience. The club room on the 25th floor gave us access to some nice perks, but the room setup could have been more spacious and well-designed. The location was convenient for exploring downtown but had its drawbacks too.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, allowing me to easily walk to various attractions around downtown, but some areas like parking need serious attention. The rooms fell short in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, missing basic amenities like bedside tables for reading lights and even arriving late for occupancy. On the bright side, the service was friendly and helpful, making up for certain room flaws. Dining options were good, though somewhat pricey, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Vancouver, within easy walking distance to parks, shopping, restaurants, and theaters, making it a fantastic spot to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a modern touch, but the check-in process could be smoother. The service is exceptional, with accommodating staff willing to assist with requests. However, the hotel's small size struggles to accommodate all guests efficiently. The dining experience boasts a great variety of choices at breakfast, although pricing may not align with value for money.

I had the pleasure of staying in a sumptuously comfortable room with a perfect bed and pillows, a well-appointed bathroom, and a useful work area on the tenth floor. However, the room in the north tower felt a bit outdated compared to the one in the south tower. Overall, the room in the north tower was decently sized and well-appointed, while the one in the south tower was excellent in both size and comfort.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was on the 26th floor of the north tower, offering amazing views of English Bay, the city, and the mountains. However, I was a bit surprised that the room was in a different building across the square, which seemed to be a common issue. The service was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff available for any needs. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, even though some areas felt a bit dated. The dining experience was good with a decent selection, though there is room for improvement. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The hotel had a desk to work, nice white sheets on a hard bed with lots of pillows, and great Wifi, but it was amazingly dirty and under-maintained for a hotel of that category. The supplies like soap, shampoo, towels, and napkins were meager, not nearly as good a quality or in quantity as a hotel at a third of the price.
